These General Terms of Service govern the services provided by FRAMOUS, including:
connecting clients with creative freelancers.
producing visual, digital, and audiovisual content.
providing strategic communication and brand image consulting.
delivering training services, organizing seminars, distributing advertising campaigns, etc.

2. Services Provided
FRAMOUS offers, among others and without limitation:
Creative production services: graphic design, illustration, video, print, and digital.
Matching services between creative freelancers and companies.
Strategic consulting in visual communication and brand identity.
Management of creative projects through a dedicated platform (app.framous.works).
Creation and distribution of multimedia content for marketing purposes.
Additional services: recruitment, community management, training.communauté, formation.
2. Services Provided
FRAMOUS offers, among others and without limitation:

3. Ordering and Validation
The Client may order a service:
Either via the form available on our website (www.framous.works),
Or based on a quote or personalized contract provided by FRAMOUS.
The order is considered firm and final:
After written approval of the quote by the Client
(signature or acceptance by email).
And after payment of a deposit, where applicable
(amount specified in the quote).

The Client may order a service:

Or based on a quote or personalized contract provided by FRAMOUS.
The order is considered firm and final:
After written approval of the quote by the Client

And after payment of a deposit, where applicable

Unless otherwise stated:
Services are invoiced according to the terms set out in the quote.
Payments are made by bank transfer or by any other method mutually agreed upon.
A minimum deposit of 30% is generally required at the time of ordering.
Any late payment will result in the application of late penalties in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, as well as a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs.

The Client agrees to:
Provide a clear and complete brief.
Approve each production stage within reasonable timeframes.
Respond to validation or correction requests within the specified deadlines.
Any delay or lack of response may result in the suspension of the project or an adjustment of the delivery schedule.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified:
The delivered creations (visuals, videos, texts, etc.) are transferred with the usage rights expressly defined in the quote (scope, duration, territory).
FRAMOUS or its freelance partners retain moral rights.
Any unauthorized use or misuse will result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged in the context of the services, for the entire duration of the project and for 5 years following its completion.

9. Liability
FRAMOUS is bound by an obligation of means in the performance of its services.
It cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
Late feedback from the Client.
Requests falling outside the scope of the initial brief.
External factors (force majeure, outages, etc.).

10. Termination
In the event of a serious breach by either party of its contractual obligations, the service may be terminated automatically after a formal notice has remained without effect for 15 days.
The Client may cancel an ongoing project, but all services already performed remain payable, and no refund of the deposit may be claimed if work has begun.

These General Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt an amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent court of Vannes shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
